This week promises to be a busy one as I head on down to the Mother City for a 5 day incursion of media, presentations and workshops.

On Wednesday 16 March I will be on the UCT campus speaking to the journalism students with a particular focus on music journalism with Dr. Adam Haupt. We will be discussing my experiences and insights into this field during a 45 minute session that is open to more than just the registered students, for more information, visit this page on facebook:

Thursday night,17 March,  I am at the Purple Turtle in Short Market Street giving a workshop as part of the Best of eKapa Hip Hop nights run by real Rozzano. This will be a pretty free form night where I hope to answer as many questions as possible while working through a business basics workshop. Check out the details here:

Then Friday 18th I am talking the Western Cape chapter of the Performing Arts Network Of South Africa (PANSA) about treating your art and creativity as a business. You can read more about them here:

Of course, I will be selling my book, “1,2,1,2: A Step By Step Guide To The SA Music Indsutry” at all of these events for a special price.

In addition, Mr. Evan Milton will be interviewing me on FMR at around 11:15 pm on Thursday night, which is always good humour!

In short it will be a real working week in the mother city. As the rain comes down here in JHB, I am hoping the weather is still good and summery down South!
